When I first started at this school, I was worried it would treat its teachers as just labour, like many other schools. But here, I've found a very friendly atmosphere and special support from the Principal sir . Our entire staff is very supportive, which is so important. You need a friendly and positive work environment, and I’ve certainly found that here. I've received excellent, all-around support from staff members like Miss Hema Ma’am, Pearl Ma’am, and Jhulli Ma'am. Now, I'm looking forward to taking on a new role as a Coordinator. Our greatest strength is definitely our Principal, Mr. Sanjay Mehta Sir. There's a saying that if the head of the household is capable and guiding, the entire family automatically runs smoothly—he is that leader for us. Furthermore, the school is extremely supportive of our development, often holding programs and online sessions for us. My personal experience at the school is that the principal sir,HODs, my colleagues, and the students are all incredibly kind. It makes me genuinely look forward to coming to school the next day; there is no negative atmosphere at all. My message to the parents, students, and colleagues is that we need to put in a little more effort. Very soon, we will see that 99.99% result in the board exams. That day will come very quickly.
